Place the plastic part on the inside of the railing. Connect the brackets to the aluminum beams. Only the fully inserted beam is locked into the mount. Tighten the mounting screws to secure the unit in the mounting brackets. Then tighten the adjustment screws to lock the beams in the heads.

After tightening, make sure the beam does not move between the mounts.
